Hey, my name is Mel and I am a young artist currently studying for my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree at university. A lot of my work is simply learning who I am and what I want to create in this world, but my special collection, The Grey Ribbon, is a display of my ongoing battle against brain cancer.

Though my style isn't too distinct, it's pretty clear that I most enjoy working in black and white. I find having a black-and-white piece with a splash of color conveys an ability to bring light to any situation, no matter what.

Art + Design Department Student Studio Monitor
Enforced studio rules and procedures to other students, assisted professors in processing files and producing 3D digital fabrications on 3D printers, laser-cutting, and CNC equipment, and aided in keeping labs clean and organized and keeping up with general computer maintenance.
08/2023-Current
Church Audio and Visual Technician
Troubleshoot issues with sound and soundboard, monitored camera angles and scenes based on the worship service, collaborated with worship leaders as needed regarding required displays and announcements, and start and monitor live stream to Zoom and Facebook live.
